We contracted On The Level to finish the basement in our new home. Our family has two teenage boys that were in need of their own space and OTL came to the rescue. OTL came out and met with our family to discuss our needs and ensured they had a full understanding of not only my interests as a home owner but also how my sons would utilize the space. OTL considered all of our input and designed two optional layouts for us to consider and in the end we picked what we knew would work best for us. OTL’s professional approach leading up to this major renovation gave us a great deal of confidence in their ability to complete the project to our satisfaction. Throughout the project OTL consulted us frequently to ensure we were satisfied and to answer any questions we may have regarding construction. When the project concluded on time and on the budget we discussed not only were we happy with the results we felt that all components of the project exceeded our expectations. Our friends have all remarked at the exceptional craftsmanship provided by OTL and the bathroom created in the basement is the envy anyone that sees it! Even the inspector commented as to how well the basement was designed at our final inspection and was happy to see the attention to detail.
