My basement was built from scratch by On the Level Renovations and we couldn't be happier with it. From the start, the owners were open, honest and very easy to work with. We had a lot of design ideas, Steph and Terrell helped us make those a reality. They were very accommodating with what we wanted to do, but at the same time provided suggestions if they felt that something may work or look better. We could tell that they were very experienced with their suggestions. They offered a lot of advise based on previous clients projects. I felt very comfortable having every member of the crew in the house, they even would let our dog out in the day which was very much appreciated. They also showed up when they said they would, again very appreciated. On the Level made this process as easy as possible for us. Guests rave about the bathroom and how the entire basement suite feels like they are staying at a hotel.
